Technological transformation is a crucial driving force for the growth of new quality productivity. Recently, Gansu Agricultural Reclamation Pharmaceutical Alkali Factory Co., Ltd. has made overall plans and precise efforts, with multiple departments simultaneously advancing the technological transformation of production processes and the maintenance and upgrading of equipment. By optimizing the entire production chain and strengthening equipment support capabilities, it has injected new impetus into the improvement of production efficiency and the safe and stable operation of the enterprise.
The raw material workshop has implemented seven major renovation measures focusing on enhancing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, improving equipment stability, and optimizing the production environment. These include: completing the renovation of the process pipelines for the purification, decolorization, and concentration recovery of thebaine in the refining workshop; implementing the series connection renovation of the material process pipelines of each reaction kettle in the refining workshop to break through the barriers in material transportation; upgrading the main steam pipeline of the workshop and the steam traps of each steam-using equipment; installing a backup vacuum pump and renovating the parallel process pipelines of each pump; replacing the direct steam heating pipelines of the eight extraction tanks from carbon steel to stainless steel; replacing the large-area heat exchanger at the gas phase total outlet of the extraction liquid storage tank; completing the installation of single-effect concentration equipment and drying equipment for the nuciferine extraction production line, and simultaneously renovating the clean area of the drying and concentration process on the first floor to meet the clean production standards of the products, providing support for the release of new production capacity.
The API workshop seized the opportunity of the shutdown for maintenance and overhaul to efficiently complete a number of key maintenance and renovation tasks. These specifically included safety valve inspection, replacement and installation of valves for the automatic control renovation project, replacement of the agitator in the oxidation reactor, replacement of the rooftop fan, installation of water meters for the workshop, dismantling and replacement of damaged condensers, installation of peristaltic pumps for the oxidation reactor, and installation of sight glasses for hydrogen pipelines and hydrogenation reactor pipelines. A comprehensive inspection was carried out to address potential operational hazards of the equipment. Currently, the maintenance work in the API workshop has been basically completed.
The Engineering Equipment Department, with the goal of "ensuring operation and strengthening support", has been steadily advancing its work. On the one hand, it has completed the annual maintenance and servicing of all power supply equipment, process equipment and supporting facilities in the entire plant with high quality, ensuring that all types of equipment are always in the best operating condition. On the other hand, it has carried out targeted technical renovations of the circulating water system, significantly improving the utilization efficiency and cooling effect of circulating water, providing a solid guarantee for the stable operation of all production equipment in the plant.
This multi-department collaborative technological transformation of the production process is an important practice for the company to deepen technological innovation and optimize the production system. In the future, the Drug Alkali Plant will continue to focus on the pain points and difficulties in the production process, constantly promote equipment upgrading and process optimization, comprehensively enhance core competitiveness, and contribute the strength of the alkali plant to the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry.
